3. We do not assume ownership of uploaded images. All images hosted on Point Click Post are copyrighted to the original owner. If you are the owner of content that has been infringed upon, please contact us and let us know. We would be happy to remove it.
4. All uploaded images are accessible by Point Click Post staff and images that violate terms will be removed without prior warning and the uploader of such images might be banned.
5. The email address used when registering your account will not, at any time be released to a third party for the purposes of marketing or mailing. We do not sell, or otherwise transfer, your information to affiliates or business partners.
